2. Services

Elevated Ink & Thread provides custom printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), decals, stickers, tumblers, mugs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on project specifications.
• Final pricing will be confirmed in your custom quote before production begins.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

4. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all artwork, text, and design elements submitted. We will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved, Elevated Ink & Thread is not responsible for errors in the approved design.

By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the rights to the design or have authorization to reproduce it. We are not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

5. Production & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Production timelines begin after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept major credit cards, electronic transfers, and other payment methods as specified.
• For large orders, a deposit of 50% may be required before production begins.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before order release.

7. Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an order with a defect caused by our production process, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, reprint or refund the affected items.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elevated Ink & Thread's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
