Refund Policy

1. Custom Products

Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders. Each item is produced specifically for you based on your approved design and cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a defect caused by our production process or differs from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we will need:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or error
  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion, offer a reprint, replacement, or refund for the affected items.

3. Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the final printed product due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and material types. Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or production fee.
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace your items at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
